Made to Order
All of our paintings are hand-painted and made to order.
Once we have received your order, we will contact the art studio to
commence work on your artwork.

Custom Requests
All of our artwork is available in custom sizes, frames
and colour schemes to suit your interior. For custom requests,

Delivery Times
We estimate your order being ready for delivery within 8 weeks.
This takes into account the artwork production and framing.
Times may vary during our busy periods.
You can track the status of your order via the link 'Track Your Order'
at the bottom of our website.

Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please email: info@inspiringelegance.com
within 48 hours of placing your order. As all of our paintings are made
to order, there will be a 10% cancellation fee after this time.
This is because the art studio will have already started on your artwork order.

Refunds/Exchange
If you are not entirely happy with your artwork order,
we will happily issue you with a refund or exchange.
Please note, you will be liable for the courier collection fee
(cost dependant on postcode).
Alternatively, we can exchange your artwork and
waiver the courier collection fee.

Delivery Costs
We offer free delivery on all standard size artwork.
Artwork exceeding 140cm will be subject to a delivery fee.
We will provide you with a delivery charge before
you proceed with your order.

Damaged Goods
We pride ourselves on ensuring your artwork arrives in perfect
condition by securely packaging your artwork to prevent any damage.
We also use a specialist courier company who will deliver door to door.
However, we understand goods may still get damaged in transit.

within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the damage.
