In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged or lost in transit, with Rapid Repair & Replacement Cover, we aim to have your artwork fully repaired or replaced and delivered to you within 7-10 working days. This service will give you priority over other repair and replacements, allowing you to effectively jump the queue.
By removing Rapid Repair & Replacement Cover, you are agreeing to wait the normal 3-4 weeks, should your artwork require repair or replacement.
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
